Sejak berpindah office, hasil mengepam pun semakin berkurang. yelah, dulu dapat pam 4 kali sehari. Sekarang 3 kali sahaja. Setiap kali pam, hasil pun dah kurang. kalau dulu sekali pam boleh dapat 10oz atau lebih. Tapi sejak pindah ke office baru, dapat 5oz atau 6oz je.
Untuk bekal muadz ke taska terpaksa ambil stok dari peti ais atas. Saya start tambah Alfalfa dari 2biji sehari ke 4 biji sehari tapi macam tak banyak beza. Tak lama lepas tu saya order pula ESP. Dulu memang pun dah ada beli tapi dah habis. dan ambil masa yang agak lama nak beli semula kerana ada sedikit masalah kewangan.
Alhamdulillah, dapat juga beli. Kali ni minum dengan sedikit berjimat. Sehari satu scoop aje, maximum pun 2 scoop. hehehe. Tapi hasilnya….
Alhamdulillah. Itupun dah ada tertumpah sikit sebab penuh sangat. huhu. Rasa B selalu penuh. Siap boleh 2 kali let down reflex.
Sedikit info tentang let down reflex.
The let-down reflex is also known as the milk ejection reflex, or MER and was originally a term of dairy farmers which described the cow’s ability to release her milk. However, in terms of the nursing infant, the let-down relflex is the means by which the mother’s milk is released or “let-down” so that the baby may be nourished by it.
The way the let-down reflex works is pretty simple. When a mother places her baby to her breast, the baby begins to suckle. This sucking action stimulates the nerve endings in the mother’s nipples. These nerve endings, once stimulated, then send signals to the mother’s pituitary gland which causes the gland to produce the hormone prolactin. This hormone then signals the alveoli in the woman’s breasts to produce milk.
The baby’s suckling also stimulates the pituitary gland to produce another important hormone called oxytocin. This hormone then travles through the mother’s bloodstram to the breast which causes the aveoli to contract. This process squeezes the milk from the aveoli into the milk ducts and makes the milk available for your infant.
Once the process of let-down has begun, it will continue so long as the nipples are suckled which causes the mother’s body to continue to produce milk. However, the start of the let-down reflex varies in many new mothers. In some it can take only a few seconds, while in others the let-down reflex may take several minutes. However, after the initial start of the let-down reflex when lactation and a schedule of nursing becomes well-developed some mothers have the let-down reflex simply from seeing their baby smile, or hearing their baby cry.
There are various sensations associated with the let-down reflex, that will alert a new mother her milk is about to be ready for her infant’s nourishment. Some mothers feel a tingling sensation and their breasts may feel warm. Others say the feeling gets intense enough to feel as if it’s burning. Other times, the new mother feels no sensation except that milk has begin to drip from her nipples. The let-down reflex can be as light as a gentle drip from the faucet, to a hard spray across the room when it occurs. All women’s breast vary and so will their experience of the let-down reflex. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your own let-down reflex, you should consult your physician rather than comparing notes with other mothers.
Bila rasa macam ni biasanya susu akan memancut-mancut keluar. Alhamdulillah, ada rezeki lagi buat muadz. Semoga muadz dapat minum susu ummi sampai 2 tahun ye, sayang.



Bagaimana cara bancuhan yang betul untuk ESP?

Bancuhkan 1 sudu besar ESP bersama air masak mati (air kosong)/ sejuk atau air suam2 kuku seperti milo, susu atau oren....ELAKKAN BANCUH dengan AIR PANAS kerana kandungan zat protien mudah musnah pada suhu yang tinggi.

Minumlah ESP 1 -3 kali sehari : antara dua waktu makan utama.
Sebagai contoh waktu selepas sarapan dan makan tengahari. Jika kita sarapan jam 8 pagi, amiklah ESP pada jam 10 pagi supaya perut kita tak lapar sementara nak menunggu masa makan tengahari jam 1pm.




Namun seperti selalu, 3 perkara ini tidak boleh diabaikan :


1. Bayi disusukan sekerap mungkin atau sesi perahan yang sentiasa konsisten....jangan TIDAK PAM hanya kerana payudara tidak bengkak. Namun jika nak rasa payudara penuh dengan susu, amalkan makan alfalfa 6 biji sehari dan minum ESP bagi yang amalkan supplement. You can feel it! TETAPI KENA INGAT! Pastikan pam sehingga payudara kosong untuk mengelakkan BENGKAK SUSU atau clog duct.

2. Minum 3 L sehari. Cuba sediakan indicator. Macam ibu sekarang walau dah tak menyusukan Addin dan Nasa namun ibu pastikan ibu mengambil 3-4 L sehari yang disukat melalui botol. Ramai customer yang mengadu susu pekat namun susu belum banyak....kalau tak minum banyak dan tak mengepam dengan konsisten...memang takkan nampak impak yang hebat.

3. Doa yang berterusan bukan sekadar dari niat dari hati atau tadah tangan semata-mata. Perlu ada amalan yang mendekatkan diri kita denganNya. Membaca Al Waqiah setiap malam, berzikir memuji kebesaranNya. Bersedekah dan berbuat baik sesama manusia di mana di samping itu membersihkan hati dari siap wasangka terhadap ALLAH. Bila ada wasangka itu lah kekadang membuatkan rezeki kita terbantut. Kita kena yakin dengan amalan kita dengan ALLAH. Sesungguhnya ALLAH itu MAHA PEMBERI. Mintalah nescaya DIA memperkenankan.
